Profile

Brooke’s passion and interest for tort law is ignited by her education and training as a registered nurse. Prior to attending law school, Brooke worked as an RN in a neurology unit at a Level I Trauma Center where she worked alongside dedicated providers and colleagues to help care for patients afflicted with various neurological maladies, including strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and seizures. Brooke understands the demands of the profession firsthand, which inspires her to be a strong advocate for clients.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she was a member of the Leadership Honors Program.  While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for Judge Thomas M. Rose in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Brooke also worked as a summer associate and a law clerk at Dinsmore where she gained valuable experience researching and drafting memoranda, resolutions, and motions regarding both litigation and corporate law issues. Additionally, her previous experience includes working as a law clerk for a regional mid-sized defense firm where she assisted primarily with medical malpractice matters.
