Garrett’s prior experience serving as Special Advisor for Oversight at US EPA Headquarters and as Counsel for the Oversight and Investigations on the US House of Representatives’ Committee on Natural Resources contributes to his adeptness advocating for clients on key issues before Congress, the White House, and federal agencies.
