Riëtte Lombard is an Senior Associate at ENS in the Tax practice.

She is an admitted attorney and specialises in value-added tax (“VAT”) consulting.

Her experience includes assisting both local and international clients across multiple industries with legal interpretation and finding solutions to complex problems.

She is also experienced in dispute resolution, tax exemption applications, VAT ruling applications, voluntary disclosure (VDP) applications,  and applications for suspension of payment, instalment payment agreements and compromise of tax debts.

Riëtte is also a member of the SAIT VAT committee.
