Adept immigration assistance

Stephanie Rackow assists in obtaining and evaluating case information, and drafts responses to requests for evidence issued by the USCIS. Additionally, she supports the immigration team by: 

• Tracking and managing key deadlines of the petition process.
• Preparing employment-based, nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications, including H-1B, TN, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, PERM-based I-140 and Extraordinary Ability I-140.
