Carlos joined LEGA in 1996 and became a partner in 2006. After he got his law degree, Carlos specialized in civil litigation, where he gained vast experience, also extending his career to alternative dispute resolution. Carlos is the head of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice area, where he has represented renowned national and international corporations in disputes with international impact, such as breach of contract, corporate disputes, litigation concerning falsification and protection of intellectual property rights in general, debt collection, bankruptcy, product liability, criminal law, among others.
