With more than 10 years of experience in wide range of complex legal issues, including data protection, life sciences, healthcare, food, beverages and tobacco etc., Miglė Petkevičienė now leads the Life Sciences, Data Protection & Compliance Team. Among her professional strengths are extensive knowledge of regulated industries and expertise in advising the sector in complicated cases of data protection and pharmaceutical regulatory and other related spheres, understanding of the business operations of the client and business needs.

Currently she is advising and representing a number of national and international companies in relation to general data protection compliance matters, including compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), internal structuring and required actions for legitimizing international data flows. Her led practice Team works on complex national, pan-Baltic or European-wide GDPR related projects. While performing actions necessary for GDPR compliance which cross national borders, Ellex works hand in hand with internationally recognized law firms.
