Lee is active in the firm’s Venture, M&A and Corporate/Securities practice groups and advises clients on their acquisition, investment and disposition strategies.

Lee has experience representing clients in the negotiation and execution of business transactions. As part of his practice, he represents start-ups and emerging growth companies from incorporation and early-stage financings through exit. His experience includes advising start-up and early-stage businesses on corporate legal issues, venture capital and other financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents investors in venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Lee is also an active member of the Houston Angel Network, an organization dedicated to developing the innovation ecosystem in Houston by supporting founders and start-up companies with financial resources and mentorship.
