The EEOC Issues Clarifying Guidance about COVID-19 Vaccines in the Workplace

Last week, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) updated its COVID-19 guidance to address workplace issues related to COVID-19 vaccines, including mandatory vaccination policies.
