Dykema Aids CPS Energy in Securing 350MW of Future Battery Energy Storage to its Generation Portfolio

Dykema congratulates CPS Energy on its ongoing efforts to implement its Vision 2027 generation plan, highlighted by two new storage capacity agreements (SCAs) with Eolian L.P. These agreements will provide a total of 350 megawatts (MW) of battery energy storage, building on a 50 MW SCA signed with Eolian in 2023.The battery energy storage projects, named “Ferdinand” and “Padua 2,” will have storage capacities of 200 MW and 150 MW, respectively.
