OCR Investigation Results in $1.3 Million Settlement, Updated Risk Assessment Tool Published

Recently, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights (OCR) announced a settlement with L.A. Health Care Plan. With more than 2.7 million members, L.A.
