Andrea is a lawyer in Carey Olsen's Jersey investment funds practice with extensive industry experience, having worked both in private practice and in-house. She seeks to develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of her clients' needs in order to provide tailored, pragmatic advice and solutions to specialist asset managers and leading corporate and fund service providers.

During her time in-house, Andrea developed considerable expertise in a wide range of fund structuring, formation, administration and regulatory matters, with particular knowledge of private equity and real estate funds.
