Stephanie is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's corporate and finance practice, based in Bermuda. She advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law, specialising in (re)insurance, banking and investment funds.

Stephanie has also advised on intra-group re-organisations, compliance and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate advice relating to day-to-day business operations.
