Will is an experienced real estate lawyer whose practice specialises in commercial property and regulatory matters. Particular areas of expertise include real estate acquisitions and disposals (including leasehold structures), and advising on construction, infrastructure and development projects. He also advises on both residential and commercial property financing transactions and has acted on numerous transactions incolving complex and multi-jurisidcitional commercial property portfolios.

Will acts for a number of international investors, local businesses and financial institutions, on a broad range of commercial property activities. He is regularly instructed on commercial real estate financing transactions, and provides local procurement, planning and regulatory advice on development, infrastructure and construction projects.  He also advises on property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals including due diligence reviews and reports on property interests.
