Adriana Gaspar is a Senior Partner and Co-head of the firm's Corporate/M&A practice. She is independently recognized as an elite business lawyer having over 29 years of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining NNDKP, Mrs. Gaspar acted as Judge with the Bucharest Court and as Associate Law Professor at the University of Bucharest. Her major areas of expertise include cross-border finance transactions, securities and capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and infrastructure development and financing.
