Anna Crivelli is an Attorney in the Buchalter’s Sacramento office and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Ms. Crivelli’s practice focuses on banking and financial services regulation, with an emphasis on consumer finance and regulatory compliance. She has significant experience in counseling financial institutions regarding federal and state laws and regulations governing consumer financial products and services.

Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Crivelli advised commercial real estate developers and investors on complex real estate transactions, commercial leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. She is adept in the drafting, negotiation, and review of various corporate documents and real estate contracts, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, finance documents, easement agreements, subordination/non-disturbance agreements, CC&Rs, indemnity agreements, and other contracts.

Ms. Crivelli also has experience in counseling companies on corporate formation, governance, and dissolution, and in advising clients on legal issues arising under federal and state tax laws and employee benefits.

Ms. Crivelli externed for the Honorable Larry R. Hicks of the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and for the United States Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration. She was also named by Best Lawyers to their 2021 & 2022 “Ones to Watch” list in Corporate Law. Most recently, Ms. Crivelli was recognized as one of Sacramento Magazine’s 2021 Top Lawyer in the area of Business/Corporate law.

Buchalter COVID-19 Client Alert: San Francisco Moves to Lowest COVID Tier in California, Begins Process of Reopening Non-Essential Offices; Other Bay Area Counties Slower to Follow

On October 20, 2020, San Francisco County was upgraded to the “minimal” tier within the California COVID-19 tracking system, meaning it has the fewest restrictions on reopening all businesses as promulgated by the State of California. In order to qualify for the “minimal” tier, a county must have an infection rate of less than one daily new positive COVID case per 100,000 residents and have a positive test rate of less than 2% for two consecutive weeks...
