Before joining Waller, Caraline gained valuable experience as an associate with Gilbert McWherter Scott Bobbitt, PLC where she focused on the representation of employees in discrimination matters. She also served as assistant general counsel in the Tennessee Department of Children's Services and as a staff attorney in the General Sessions Division of the Nashville Office of the District Attorney.
