Profile
Eva heads the real estate practice of the firm, and has extensive experience in providing legal advice to residential and commercial developments, condominiums, industrial units, and golf courses, as well as land purchases, leases, real estate developments, title searches and due diligences. Also has provided advice in the administration of shopping centers, industrial warehouses and residential complexes.
Additionally, she has structured and negotiated several complex real estate deals requiring a high degree of specialization in tax, administrative and corporate law, and other legal issues that generally arise in the real estate markets, implementing efficient solutions for clients

Before joining Quiñones, Ibargüen & Lujan, S.C. and obtaining her post-graduate studies, she worked as an associate in another important law firm in Guatemala where she worked with companies involved in the electricity, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries, among others. She has also been assistant professor of Public International Law at Universidad Francisco Marroquin.
