Ewa Butkiewicz, PhD, is a legal adviser and partner. She advises on banking and finance projects, life science as well as retail network projects. She has many years' experience working in the banking sector, having taken part in numerous banking projects, many of which involved infrastructure. She advises on commercial and corporate law, including acquisition of shares and securities, mergers of large public companies, and insolvency. Agency, distribution and franchising agreements are also within the remit of her expertise.
