Fanny Evans is a Senior Associate at Morgan & Morgan, and regularly advises major banks, trust companies, family businesses, corporate practitioners, and private clients on all aspects related to corporate vehicles, estate planning, and fiduciary services.

From 2011 until mid-2017, Mrs. Evans served as Executive Director of MMG Trust (BVI) Corp. After spending this time as head of our BVI office, Fanny relocated to Panama to supervise our Caribbean offices, where her tenure exposed her as a knowledgeable lawyer in BVI corporate law. In a short time, Mrs. Evans has developed expertise in Belize, The Bahamas, and the BVI regarding the Economic Substance Legislation of each jurisdiction.

Mrs. Evans has a solid professional background. Before entering at Morgan & Morgan, she served as a fiduciary attorney in a Panamanian firm focusing on corporations and trusts structures. Moreover, she also provides legal counsel in transactions involving corporate, commercial, banking and comparative law, tax compliance policies, and anti-money laundering.

Fanny obtained an LL.B. at the Universidad Catolica Santa María La Antigua Law School in Panama and a Master in International Commerce at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid, Spain. She also completed the International Program in Business Administration for Lawyers from the INCAE Business School. Mrs. Evans is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.

Mrs. Evans is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
