Gerardo specialises in M&A, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. He routinely advises private and public companies, domestic and international financial institutions as well as private equity funds in investment, acquisition, divestment transactions and certain aspects concerning the acquisition financing and debt, as well as in any other extraordinary corporate transaction. He is also experienced in joint ventures and international contracts. 

Gerardo has significant experience in the management of corporate issues concerning joint-stock and limited liability companies as well as in drafting of commercial agreements and legal opinions relating to corporate and commercial matters.

Gerardo has also advised companies and real estate funds in M&A real estate transactions, structured both as share and asset deals, relating to the acquisition of real estate and malls. 

In the energy industry, Gerardo has been involved in certain M&A transactions relating to renewables plants projects (wind and solar).

After graduating in Law from the University of Naples in 2005, Gerardo joined the firm in the same year.

He has been admitted to practice law in Italy in 2008.

He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
