Guilherme has general contractual, corporate and experience, also assisting a number of financial institutions in Brazil and abroad, as well as multilateral agencies. Guilherme has joined Veirano as a trainee, on 2003, and his areas of practice includes general advices in corporate, financing and contractual issues, representing the interests of local and international companies from various industries and sectors, including in the oil & gas industry.

Guilherme has also assisted Clients in many merger, acquisitions and restructuring transactions, with expertise in due diligences, drafting sessions and negotiation of the respective agreements. He is also experienced in legal and regulatory aspects related to the foreign investments registration and the registration of foreign loans with the Brazilian Central Bank and other exchange control issues. Guilherme also join the team that works with Maritime Law.

Guilherme has assisted many of his Clients in the revision of documents for Petrobras bids, drafting requests for clarification, attending bid related meetings, as well as preparing bid documents, appeals against decisions of the bid committee.
