Hugo Silva specializes in public law, public procurement, construction contracts, company restructuring, and insolvency.
He counsels on projects to build mining facilities, hydroelectric, thermoelectric and photovoltaic energy plants, electric and ports infrastructure, as well as on company restructuring processes in the country.
He participates in contracting processes with the State for the supply of goods or services and the execution of works in concordance with national or international rules and also intervenes in resolving controversies in the administrative and arbitration scopes.
Hugo has been technical secretary of the Patrimonial Restructuring Commission of INDECOPI, and has participated in various working groups to prepare bankruptcy regulations.
