Profile
Jasper is a partner in the Litigation and Insurance practice group. He focuses on complex disputes relating to liability, attachments and enforcement of judgments. Jasper has specific expertise in commercial and corporate litigation, including disputes about acquisitions and shareholders, which sometimes end up before the Amsterdam Court of Appeal s Enterprise Division.
In addition, Jasper successfully completed (cum laude) the Corporate Litigation postgraduate programme at Grotius Academy. He is a member of the Dutch Association for Civil Procedure Law and the Corporate Litigation Association as well, and is also a frequent guest lecturer for continuing education programmes for lawyers.
