Kerry has extensive experience includes advising on the sale and purchase of BVI companies, property financing, joint ventures, private placements, corporate restructuring, property acquisition and disposal, residential and commercial leases and general aspects of banking and commercial law. He advises domestic banking institutions generally on BVI banking law issues, as well as a growing international clientele on the establishment and operation of BVI mutual funds.
