Kinga Ziemnicka is a legal adviser and specialises in civil and corporate law and is experienced in commercial contracts, in particular investment contracts. Kinga Ziemnicka has represented domestic and foreign clients in many court proceedings. She coordinates ongoing legal assistance to corporate clients, drafting and preparing opinions on various types of contracts, in particular joint venture agreements, share sale agreements, the sale of enterprises and/or their business units, and debt restructuring. She also conducts legal analyses of commercial entities and drafts legal opinions on corporate law.
