Michal Nowacki deals in tax consultancy in national and international transactional projects. Advises on transactions involving shares, stocks, businesses or organized parts of the company and real estate. He participates in reorganization projects involving mergers and acquisitions, as well as the separation of assets. Provides tax advisory services for efficient financing or restructuring.

He is involved in current tax advice covering issues related to corporate and personal income tax, transactional taxes and international tax law and VAT.

He conducts tax inspections, including due diligence reviews .

Represents customers to tax authorities and administrative courts.
