Profile
Richard Inurritegui specializes in fisheries law.
He counsels fishing and natural resources companies on their extractive and productive activities, licenses, permits, concessions, corporate matters and institutional relations; as well as foreign companies in designing strategies for investment, acquisition and/or merger with companies in the fishing sector.
He has been general manager of the Sociedad Nacional de Pesqueria (National Fisheries Society) for ten years, and chairman of its board of Directors until 2014. He has also been chief of staff of the Minister of Fisheries, general secretary of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and director of the Confederacion Nacional de Instituciones Empresariales Privadas (National Confederation of Private Entrepreneurial Institutions) (CONFIEP).
