Susan specialises in advising on all aspects of both long term and one off commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, agreements for purchase and supply of goods and services, consultancy, agency and professional services agreements, data sharing and licensing agreements and providing on-going support in relation to ad hoc contractual queries. Clients include ORE Catapult, Scottish Enterprise and SMart Wind Limited.
