Profile
Ms. Zheng interned in the Shanghai office of Clifford Chance LLP beginning in May 2011, before accepting a position with the firm in July 2012 upon graduation. During her time with Clifford Chance, she worked on the financial services team in the firm's Beijing and Shanghai offices.
Ms. Zheng focuses her practice on advising clients on financial service legal issues in China. She advises domestic and overseas banks, fund companies, insurance companies, and other financial institutions on issues related to compliance, establishment of subsidiaries, mergers and acquisitions, investment exits, financings, asset management, and custody services (including QFII/RQFII, QDII/RQDII, Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, Bond Connect, etc.). In addition, Ms. Zheng had been deeply involved in various asset securitization and on- and off-market derivatives deals.

Ms. Zheng graduated with an LL.B. degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law and then obtained her LL.M. degree from Fudan University.
