Aaron advises clients on environmental compliance issues, regulatory enforcement actions, transactional matters and litigation, including complex litigation.

Aaron is an associate with the firm’s administrative law team and counsels clients seeking to comply with federal and state environmental laws and regulations. He represents clients on environmental permitting and compliance before state and federal agencies, including the California Air Resources Board (CARB), South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), State Water Resources Control Board and Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. Aaron also advises clients on issues related to Proposition 65, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the legal frameworks regulating the lifecycle of lithium ion battery products.

Aaron’s litigation experience encompasses representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including a highly publicized data breach class action.

During law school, Aaron was a judicial extern for the Hon. Dean D. Pregerson, US District Court for the Central District of California. Before attending law school, Aaron worked as a staffer for a member of Congress.

Aaron is admitted to practice before all state courts in California and the US District Court for the Central District of California. He maintains an active pro bono practice.

  • Represents clients in air permitting and compliance matters, before CARB and SCAQMD, involving variances and Notices of Violation.
  • Assists clients evaluating environmental exposure and permit transfer issues associated with complex transactions.
  • Counsels major information service client in multiple consumer class action lawsuits across several districts in state and federal courts regarding a significant data breach.
