Profile
Abi is a banking and finance lawyer based in London, specialising in leveraged venture and corporate finance transactions. She has experience in advising borrowers and lenders on both large national and international transactions.
Abi trained at Shoosmiths and qualified into the banking and finance team in April 2024. During her training contract, Abi spent six months on secondment with Santander Consumer Finance UK.
Abi studied Law at the University of Bristol before achieving a distinction in the LPC and LLM at the University of Law, Bristol.
