Abigail Tait is an Associate at ENS in Namibia.

Abigail specialises in general civil litigation, more specifically family law, the law of delict, labour and contractual disputes, and general debt collection.

In addition, Abigail is also experienced in criminal litigation, the administration and finalisation of deceased estates and advising clients in various sectors including the mining sector.

Abigail is a member of the Law Society of Namibia.
