Adam is a trial attorney who handles a wide range of complex commercial cases. He advocates for clients through every phase of litigation—from discovery and motion practice to post-judgment proceedings and appellate matters. He has represented clients in the financial, real estate, investment, and oil and gas industries in cases involving contract issues, employment agreements, trade secrets, intellectual property, fraud, tort, and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth, Adam gained experience through several judicial internships, clerkships, and staff attorney positions. He has worked for state courts on the district, appellate, and Supreme Court levels. Upon graduation from law school, Adam worked as a clerk for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder on the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Later, as an assistant district attorney for the Criminal District Attorney’s Office of Comal County, Texas, Adam successfully litigated cases before state district and appellate courts. He also served as staff attorney for the Honorable Bob Pemberton on the Court of Appeals for the Third District of Texas. He is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas and the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Always active in his community, Adam regularly represents pro bono clients in various property dispute matters. He also provides pro bono legal counsel to several Austin-based organizations devoted to fighting sex-trafficking and domestic violence at home and across the globe. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys serving on committees for Rodeo Austin and participating in his church’s ministry to children.
