Adam Williams is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a law clerk for the Hon. S. Thomas Anderson and the Hon. Sheryl H. Lipman, both on the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Adam received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a senior editor for the Alabama Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and an extern to the Hon. L. Scott Coogler, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. He also has a B.A. (summa cum laude) in History and Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama.
