Aditi is a Partner in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice and divides her time between New Delhi and Utrecht, Netherlands.

Aditi has over 12 years of rich and varied experience in domestic arbitration, general commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency, contentious IP, and infrastructure and media disputes, having practiced in courts and tribunals across India (including at the DRT, NCLT and High Courts in Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad). Prior to joining the Firm, Aditi was a Partner in another notable Indian law firm, prior to which she served as an in-house counsel in one of India’s leading media conglomerates based in Delhi & Mumbai.

With her varied experience encompassing in-house roles and private practice, Aditi’s specialisms include advising corporates on pre-litigation & pre-arbitration strategies including mediation, risk mitigation, litigation due diligence, dispute management and general advice on contentious matters across sectors/practice areas including bankruptcy and asset reconstruction, media & entertainment, renewable energy, real estate, commodities, hospitality and tourism, information technology and healthcare.

In her current role in the Firm, Aditi will be assisting with strategic initiatives for the Firm in the European market including the establishment of a desk to advice our clients in Europe in matters concerning Indian law.
