Aileen Lee is a patent prosecution paralegal in the Intellectual Property group. Her experience includes all aspects of document preparation; patent ‎portfolio acquisition/intake processes; maintenance fee/annuity payment management; assignments; information disclosure statements; patent docketing; and filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, International Bureau, and various foreign patent offices for both utility and design applications. She is also well versed in obtaining certified priority documents and foreign filing licenses. Aileen serves as the primary contact with clients and foreign counsel. She has been with Schwabe since 1998, and has extensive experience in administration, litigation and conflict searches.
