AJ Brien is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. AJ’s practice is focused on corporate matters, including business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, business operations, and corporate governance.

AJ earned his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was senior editor of the Alabama Law Review and counseled startup and nonprofit clients in the Entrepreneurship Clinic. He received his M.B.A. (summa cum laude) in Management and his B.A. (summa cum laude) in Political Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. AJ draws on his legal, business, and political education background when assisting clients.
