Alex has broad experience in commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions, and regularly advises on general real estate, business and corporate matters. Alex provides counsel to international, national and local real estate lenders, funds, syndicators, private equity sources, investors, developers and operators on a full-range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, equity investments, syndications, development, leasing, financing, note purchases; receiverships and foreclosures across all asset classes. His practical, conservative and thorough approach to addressing the business concerns of his clients makes Alex a reliable and trusted advisor.

Alex most recently lectured at UCLA's Anderson School of Business and was a panelist at the USC Gould School of Law, Real Estate and Business Law Forum. In addition, Alex has handled pro bono adoption matters for Alliance for Children’s Rights.
