Alexandra practices in the area of capital finance and real estate.
As an associate in the firm’s capital finance and real estate team, Alexandra assists clients with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions occurring nationwide, including acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, and real estate finance and development. Her experience includes single and multi-property transactions with a variety of real estate asset classes, including hotels, industrial facilities, mixed residential and commercial condominiums, and shopping centers.
Relevant Experience
- Represented a large financial institution in connection with a $29.7 million first mortgage loan secured by a portion of an anchored retail center located in Brighton, Michigan.
- Represented a real estate developer in its $276 million sale of a 65-story condominium tower in Manhattan.
- Represented a financial institution in connection with the origination of a $39 million first mortgage loan secured by a portfolio of two single tenant warehouse properties located in Middlesex County, New Jersey and the later conversion of a portion of the mortgage loan into a mezzanine loan.
- Represented a large financial institution in the origination of a mortgage loan secured by a hotel in New Orleans.
- Represented a real estate investor and its affiliates in the acquisition of a portfolio of seven properties located in New York, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri and Indiana.
