Ali Baydoun generally acts for a wide range of French and international clients (industrial players, investment funds), assisting them in their external growth and investment operations in France (acquisition, equity participation, divestment, merger, agreements), primarily in the small and mid-cap segment, in addition to intra-group restructuring processes and the establishment of the group’s governance in France. He has also acquired expertise in business contract law.

Phd in law, DEA (postgraduate degree) in private law (contractual and corporate law) - University of Paris II (Pantheon-Assas).
