• Renewable Energy: Advising Stanwell Corporation on major renewable energy projects including EPC and O&M Agreements for new wind and solar farms.
• Health: Preparing tender and project documents for the Metro South Hospital & Health Service on the $500m expansion and upgrade of the Logan Hospital, and also the Redland Hospital Carpark Project.
• Marine: Advising the Northern Territory Government on the procurement of the largest Shiplift in Northern Australia; advising the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority in relation to the remediation of Douglas Shoal
• Commercial and residential property development: Acted for Frasers Property Australia in its landmark Build-to Rent Project; advising retirement village clients on specific developments and template contracts including Stockland and RetireAustralia; preparing tender and construction contracts for manufacturing facilities including for Visy and Hastings Deering.
• Transport: Secondment to Queensland Treasury as Legal Manager for the Logan Expansion Project (market led proposal for upgrade of Logan and Gateway Extension motorways).
• Resources/energy: Advised on key procurement activities for clients including Stanwell Corporation, Stanmore Resources, Peabody Energy Australia.
• Templates: Development of market leading contract suites for clients including Queensland Rail, Stanmore Resources and Peabody Energy Australia.
• Disputes: Supporting and advising clients in claims resolution throughout projects and acting on large security of payment and construction disputes including for Department of Transport and Main Roads, Seqwater, Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service and Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal (project management of one of the largest adjudications ever submitted under security of payment legislation in Australia for ~$430m).
