Brigard Urrutia partner since 2006, with more than 25 years of experience. He was an intern and associate between 1991 and 1995, and returned to the firm in 1997. Mr. Cala advises leading domestic and foreign companies in connection with Commercial and Civil Law, Labour and Employment and aviation regulation. He leads the practice areas of Corporate and Real Estate where he works closely with other areas within the firm. He advices important companies such as 3M Colombia S.A, Leo Burnett Colombiana S.A., Media Planning Colombia S.A., McDonald’s Corporation, American Airlines, Iberia, IATA, LATAM, and British Airways, Votorantim Group, IBM, Lenovo, Directv, The Walt Disney Company, Sodexo, Banco Itaú, Phillips Colombia, Interjet and Cessna among others. Mr. Cala was Secretary-General of VECOL S.A. between 1995 y 1997.

Mr. Cala received his JD at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, from where he also holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law. Moreover, in 1999, he attended the Academy of American and International Law at the South Western Institute for International and Comparative Law.
