Profile
Amanda’s practical and proven experience with Electronically Stored Information bridges the gap between her clients’ legal challenges and the technical solutions they need.
Amanda has over a decade of experience fielding the hybrid legal and technical questions that inevitably arise during complex litigation. She is adept at steering the early data analysis discussions that will drive defensible scope and proportionality expectations. Amanda has drafted, tested and implemented litigation readiness and discovery response plans for in-house and corporate counsel teams that prioritized their unique risk management and data governance priorities.
Her technical responsibilities over the years have included structural design, construction and modification of custom forensic evidence databases and leveraging queries to quickly narrow down probable location of key documents. She is qualified to administer many of the electronic processing and review tools that enable her clients to leverage a targeted forensic collection to support their evidentiary and trial strategy.
