Profile

Amy’s practice focuses on complex commercial and white collar litigation, internal and government investigations, and the provision of strategic legal counseling and compliance advice.

Amy has more than 15 years of litigation experience representing global and regional financial institutions, health care sector clients, and other organizations operating in highly regulated industries in complex commercial litigation, including class actions and multi-district litigation, in both state and federal court. She handles white collar litigation matters and internal and government investigations and defends clients against claims brought under the securities and exchange laws, the federal False Claims Act and cases involving failed business transactions. Amy regularly defends corporate fiduciaries in trusts and estates litigation and represents claimants in civil forfeiture matters. She also counsels clients on issues of BSA/AML compliance.
