Ana Stankovic is an independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners. She is a senior member of the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. Ana is an experienced M&A lawyer, having advised clients on all types of transactions, including joint ventures, takeovers and corporate restructurings. She maintains industry focus on life sciences, automotive, aviation and information technologies, and advises clients regularly on all matters of corporate and commercial law, contract law, and public procurement issues. Ana also has substantial experience advising clients in start-up investments, and represents a key point of contact for clients requiring legal advice in the German language.
