Associate Director, Talent and Professional Development

Anaïs is Associate Director, Talent and Professional Development for the entire Lavery network, accross our four offices located in Montréal, Québec City, Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivières.

As part of our Talent and Professional Development team, Anaïs is in charge of deploying various initiatives related to the professional development of the firm's professionals, including practice management, training, career development, tutoring, retention, engagement, lateral recruitment and integration.

A lawyer by training, before joining Lavery, Anaïs practiced mergers and acquisitions at a major firm in Montreal. She also worked for a private firm as a recruitment and headhunting consultant for legal positions (lawyer and legal counsel) with various employers.

For the past few years, Anaïs has also been very involved in the legal community, notably with the Young Bar of Montreal and, since 2023, as a director of the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal.
