Anders Hermansen is a partner in Plesner's Real Estate team. Anders advises Danish and international clients on M&A transactions involving real estate, property development projects and lease law. Anders has significant experience in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including due diligence investigations, drafting and negotiation of transfer documents and completion of closing. Throughout his career, Anders has advised on some of the largest and most complex property transactions, and he has extensive experience in forward purchasing transactions, transfer of housing portfolios and logistics facilities as well as transactions with a cross-border element. Anders also has considerable experience in company law and drafting, negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts. Anders has international experience, having been seconded to Maersk USA.
