Anders Jemail specialises in advising corporations and venture-capital funds in mergers and acquisitions and investments, including all types of corporate formalities in connection therewith. He has extensive experience from cross-border transactions in a wide range of business sectors, with particular experience of the technology sectors where he also acts as advisor during the growth and commercialisation phase. Anders Jemail has also experience of handling EU and competition law issues including concentrations, vertical agreements, abuse of dominant position and free movement as well as of regulatory issues.
