Consulting Lawyer

André Langlois is a consulting lawyer in our Public and Administrative Law Group, particularly in the area of tendering. 

His expertise is mainly focused on municipal contracts, land use planning, inter-municipal agreements and municipal administration in general.

Mr. Langlois worked for 34 years in the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministère des Affaires municipales.
