• Suburban Rail Loop: Advising on the Suburban Rail Loop Authority on the Suburban Rail Loop Project, in particular on the O&M Franchise Agreement.
• METRONET High Capacity Signalling Project: Advising the Public Transport Authority on the METRONET High Capacity Signalling Project, including the Project Alliance Agreement and the Maintenance Supply Support Agreement.
• Queensland Train Manufacturing Program: Advising Downer EDI Rail on its successful award of the AU$4.6 billion design, build and maintain contract to deliver the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program and continuing advice through delivery.
• Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport: Advising RAPT Dev on its role as O&M Subcontractor as part of the successful Parklife Metro Consortium.
• West Gate Tunnel: Advising Transurban in relation to PFAS issues on the West Gate Tunnel Project.
• Cross River Rail: Advising an O&M bidder in relation to the Cross River Rail Project in Queensland.
• Yunlin Wind Farm: Advising the financiers on the Yunlin Wind Farm.
• Melbourne Water: Advising Melbourne Water on the procurement of maintenance services and minor projects work for its Assets.
